About the Role

Saatvik Agro is seeking an Associate Python - Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in Python software development, backend engineering, application development, REST APIs, databases, automation, data processing, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and modern software-engineering practices.

The Associate Python - Software Engineer will collaborate with various business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Python-based applications, backend services, APIs, databases, automation solutions, data-processing workflows, internal platforms, and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Final-year students completing their degree and available for full-time employment may also apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Python development, software engineering, backend development, application development, API development, automation, data engineering, or related technology roles can apply.
• Basic to good knowledge of Python programming, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, functions, classes, modules, packages, exception handling, debugging, and clean coding practices.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and system integration.
• Understanding of database design, normalization, joins, indexing, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, queries, and data-access concepts.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements and contribute to practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure Python software solutions.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
• Strong willingness to learn new Python frameworks, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, automation tools, testing frameworks, and modern software-engineering practices.
