PMC Back Office Coordinator

About the Role

Sparrow Shopfits is hiring a PMC Back Office Coordinator for Retail, Commercial and F&B projects. The role involves monitoring project progress, maintaining MIS reports, coordinating pending actions, and highlighting delays or risks across multiple projects while supporting the Lead PMC. We seek analytical, responsible, and process-oriented candidates with strong Excel skills and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor milestones, deadlines, and actions across 20–25 PMC projects.
• Coordinate with PMC engineers, project managers, and internal teams.
• Follow up on pending actions, approvals, and updates.
• Identify delays, missing information, and risks for escalation.
• Maintain Excel/Smartsheet trackers, dashboards, and action registers.
• Prepare daily updates, weekly reports, and delay analysis.
• Track approvals, material readiness, snag lists, and handovers.
• Verify accuracy of updates received from site teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
• Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF, and Conditional Formatting preferred.
• Smartsheet/MS Project knowledge is an advantage.
• Clear Hindi and professional written English.
• Analytical thinking, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive follow-ups, sincerity, ownership, and willingness to learn.
• Practical skills, accurate reporting, and ownership matter more than college reputation or experience.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Architecture graduates may apply.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic.
• NICMAR freshers and candidates from recognised institutions are welcome.
• Fresher or 1–3 years in PMC, retail fit-outs, commercial interiors, construction planning, MIS, or coordination.

• Coordination Test – Monitoring 20–25 projects and escalating delays.
• Email Writing Test – Professional project communication.
• Management Interview.
