As an Access Control Officer, you will help manage entry points, verify authorized access, greet residents and visitors, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, maintain visitor logs, and report access-control concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Complete accurate activity reports and communicate relevant security-related information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
