About the Role

Niti AI builds decision intelligence for marketing spend, going beyond traditional attribution tools and dashboards to focus on why performance changes and what actions to take next. The platform identifies hidden leaks in marketing budgets—such as attribution gaps, inventory- and margin-blind decisions, and untracked outcomes—that often waste a significant portion of spend.

The Founder’s Office – Business Development Intern role is an on-site internship based in Bengaluru. This position involves closely supporting the founders with pipeline generation, outbound outreach, and qualification of potential customers across growth and performance marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching target companies.
• Mapping key decision-makers.
• Preparing outreach campaigns.
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM and internal tracking tools.
• Contributing to preparing sales collateral, case studies, and email sequences.
• Assisting in organizing demos, follow-ups, and feedback loops with prospects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in business development, sales, or go-to-market roles.
• Ability to work systematically with CRMs and basic productivity tools.
• Comfort with data-driven thinking.
• Eagerness to learn about performance marketing, attribution, and decision intelligence products.
• High level of ownership and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Prior internship or project experience in startups, SaaS, consulting, or marketing-related roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
