About the Role
The Marketing Intern role at WeHere is a remote internship focused on supporting the growth and engagement of the platform’s community. This role offers opportunities to learn core marketing principles in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with market research.
- Helping to develop and refine marketing strategies.
- Supporting outreach efforts to potential users and partners.
- Contributing to content ideas for social media.
- Gathering and analyzing performance metrics.
- Helping coordinate basic promotional activities.
- Collaborating with team members across marketing and customer support to ensure consistent messaging and a thoughtful user experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills.
- Basic Sales and general Marketing awareness.
- Interest in digital communities, mental health, or social impact platforms is beneficial.
- Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
