About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare space plans.
- Translate ideas into detailed drawings and presentations.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and vendors.
- Select finishes and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).
- Ensure design intent is maintained through execution.
- Create construction drawings.
- Review production details for factory-made interiors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality.
- Collaborate with the team to align designs with budget, timelines, and client requirements.
- Maintain brand standards and consistency across multiple units.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Interior Design and Architecture skills for concept development and project coordination.
- Space Planning skills.
- Construction Drawings skills.
- FF&E knowledge.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Familiarity with material specifications.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with residential or multi-unit interior projects, factory-made interiors, or modular furniture is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
