ACI MTS Developer
- Location: Any Location in India (Hybrid)
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- ACI MTS development, payment message transformation, cross-border payments, and production support.
- Develop and enhance ACI MTS payment-processing components.
- Build and maintain payment routing and transaction workflows.
- Develop message transformations/mappings between different payment formats.
- Work with SWIFT MT103/MT202, CHIPS ISO, and FED ISO 20022 messages.
- Perform message transformation using XML, XSLT, XSD, mapping, schema validation, and message enrichment.

Base24 EPS Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and support Base24 EPS / Payment Switch solutions.
- Lead technical triage and problem-solving for complex production issues.
- Drive root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical technical issues.
- Contribute to solution design and architecture initiatives, with opportunities to grow into Design/Architect roles.
Base24 Classic Developer
- Location: Any Location in India (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solutions for payment switching and acquiring applications.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Prepare High-Level Design, Technical Design, Functional Specification, and Interface Specification documents.
- Provide architecture and technical guidance to development and testing teams.
- Work extensively on BASE24 Classic / BASE24-eps and other payment switching applications.
- Analyze existing switch implementations and identify opportunities for enhancement, migration, and optimization.
- Work on Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, China UnionPay, and MADA scheme requirements and mandates.
- Analyze scheme specifications and implement required changes in payment switch interfaces.
- Support scheme certification and transaction testing using simulators such as Visa VTS and Mastercard simulators.
- Provide technical support for ATM/POS transaction processing and troubleshooting.
- Work on EMV acquiring and issuing, contactless transactions, and mobile-wallet payment solutions.
- Provide expertise in authorization, clearing, settlement, dispute management, and merchant funding.
- Analyze transaction messages and payment files based on ISO8583, AS2805, and BASE24 STM standards.
- Support payment switch migrations, version upgrades, and platform/hardware migrations.
- Provide production implementation and post-implementation verification support.
- Review technical deliverables and ensure adherence to quality and architecture standards.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, scheme representatives, and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on complex payment-switch issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance UPF-based solutions within the Base24-eps platform.
- Implement business logic and message transformations across ISO 8583, XML, JSON, and proprietary message formats.
- Configure and extend UPF components such as flows, adapters, and rules to meet client requirements.
- Develop UPF plug-ins, routing logic, and service orchestration for card and payment transactions.
- Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT and certification activities.
- Analyze transaction traces, logs, and performance metrics to troubleshoot and optimize system behavior.
- Contribute to migration, upgrade, or transformation projects involving Base24 Classic to EPS transitions.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support handover material.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and release management.
