Job Title: Junior Operations Engineer

About the Role

• Support operational, administrative, and project coordination tasks.
• Streamline processes to ensure timely project delivery and smooth studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities.
• Coordinate with Teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage documentation and approvals in line with project requirements.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining project timelines, and tracking deliverables.
• Support procurement of materials and liaison with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
• Handle client communication support and follow-ups when needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of project management tools is a must.

Qualifications

• B.tech in Mechanical or Civil.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities for client and vendor coordination.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Fresher can be considered.
