About the Role

One Medical is a primary care solution aiming to make quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. The company is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its New Grad Program.

Employment Type

• Full time (32 hours of in-person patient care per week)

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs.
• Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with support and mentorship of an onsite clinical Preceptor.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Continuous learning through weekly Didactics with dedicated faculty, Clinical Rounds, and other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must have completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Graduation date between May 2026 to December 2026.
• Must hold active license in the state of NY or have submitted application for licensure prior to Dec 1, 2026.

Compensation

• Base salary: $131,800 based on a full-time schedule.
