About the Role
This role focuses on rotational assignments and trading strategy. The company's training program consists of 4 phases: basic training, basic trading, long-term rotations, and managing individual portfolios. Trading Associates are encouraged to explore their own interests in both automated and discretionary trading, allowing them to take ownership over their career path. The expected start is Summer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new, cutting-edge tools in collaboration with trading teams.
- Manage a portfolio and its risks.
- Test and analyze your own trading strategies in the market.
- Learn market mechanics and option theory through classroom sessions and group discussions.
- Communicate, learn from, and articulate your ideas and strategies to senior trading partners.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Pass the Series 57 licensing exam within two months of your hire date and immediately start trading with firm capital.
- Trade in a group environment, practicing both the art and science of trading.
- Master the use of all of the company’s proprietary tools and technology.
- Availability for an August 2027 start date.
- Ready to learn and apply coding techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Interest in and curiosity about financial markets.
- Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.
