Key Responsibilities
- Advise airline clients on Modern Airline Retailing roadmaps, industry solutions, POCs/POVs and team enablement.
- Work closely with senior business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, scope, requirements and expectations, and obtain necessary sign-offs.
- Identify cross-functional requirements and assess their impact across processes, operations and technology platforms.
- Develop business cases and value propositions, including feasibility, gap and business-impact analysis.
- Document and design as-is and to-be business processes, process visualizations and business solutions.
- Support solution architecture and design through business, functional and technical analysis and product modelling.
- Lead functional and non-functional requirements elicitation and management while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
- Customize solution designs and roll-out approaches to secure client approval and support problem and release management.
- Support delivery and release management, product launches and operations planning.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities as required.
- Independently manage projects ranging from simple to complex engagements.
