Junior Social Media Marketing Executive in Secunderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Plan and maintain content calendars, including posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and product promotions.
• Research trending content, viral reels, hashtags, and emerging social media trends relevant to both brands.
• Develop creative content ideas, captions, scripts, and storytelling concepts to improve audience engagement.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create engaging social media content.
• Research global competitors, leading brands, influencers, and successful social media campaigns for creative inspiration.
• Identify and coordinate with influencers, content creators, and UGC creators for collaborations and product promotions.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, giveaways, contests, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Monitor comments, DMs, audience engagement, and community interactions across social media platforms.
• Track social media performance, follower growth, engagement, reach, and content effectiveness through regular reports.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, social media trends, and digital content.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Fresher or student pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Creative thinking.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic copywriting skills.
• Interest in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, pets, and ecommerce brands.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and contribute fresh ideas.
