This Management Trainee opportunity is located within the Roseville market and may support branch locations throughout Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Granite Bay, Citrus Heights, Placer County, and surrounding communities in the northern Sacramento suburbs. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
- Establish community relationships essential to building your own business.
- Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Learn what it means to always put our customers first.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Valid CA Drivers license.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership (including military, athletic/team activities, community, social, or academic organizations).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
- Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.
Targeted 1st year annual compensation: $57,370 with an average 45-hour work week.
