Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and assist customers with their queries related to personal loans and company services.
- Explain loan products, features, and eligibility criteria to potential customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and guide them through the application process.
- Generate sales opportunities through calling and effective customer communication.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up updates in Excel or the company system.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely support.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Basic Hindi and English communication skills.
Qualifications
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Candidates with customer care, telecalling, or sales experience will be preferred.
