• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms, and their options.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service
• Bilingual - Spanish
• Proficient with phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.

Location: On site

Schedule: Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
