Key Responsibilities

• Calling leads provided in the CRM to understand their career up-skilling requirements and pitch the right course.
• Consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Proactively identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
• Maintain all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Manage all pre-sales to post-sales support activities for assigned leads.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Decent exposure working with any CRM like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
• Excellent spoken and verbal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation / Post Graduation (Except Bachelors of Arts and Masters of Arts).

Work Details

• Working days: 6 days a week.
• Working Hours: Total 9 Hours (Including 1 hour break).
• Productive Hours: 8 hours.
• Location: Work from Office in Arekere, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore.

Compensation

For Both Interns and Full Time Employees:

• First 6 Months (Internship/Training Period): ₹25,000/- fixed salary per month + performance-based incentives.
• Post Completion of 6 Months: CTC will be revised to ₹8 LPA, comprising:
• ₹4.2 LPA Fixed
• ₹3.8 LPA Variable

Note: Your first month’s salary will be on hold and released along with your fourth month’s salary for retention purposes. No agreement, bond, or contract will be taken from the company. Employees need to serve the notice period if they wish to leave. Leaves are provided only for Final Examinations.
