Digital Content Creator (Entry-Level / Trainee)

About the Role

We’re a growing company building its social media presence from the ground up. You’ll turn campaign ideas and content briefs into polished posts and short videos for Instagram and LinkedIn, using Canva and AI video tools. Prior experience is not mandatory. You’ll train on our workflow and templates, and you’ll learn by doing real work.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Instagram and LinkedIn posts (carousels, static posts, reels) in Canva from our briefs and brand templates
• Produce short videos using AI video generation tools, following our prompts and guidelines
• Write clear, engaging captions, hooks and on-screen text
• Maintain the content calendar and publish on schedule
• Keep a simple weekly record of what you posted and how it performed (views, likes, saves, comments)
• Suggest improvements based on what’s working, and flag trends or ideas you spot
• Keep every post consistent with brand colours, fonts and tone
• Work with the team as we introduce automation into the content workflow

Qualifications

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn. This matters more than experience.
• Comfort with computers and quick learning of new tools
• Good written English & Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
• A good eye for layout and visuals
• Active use of Instagram and LinkedIn, and an understanding of what makes a post engaging
• Reliability: meeting deadlines and following a process
• Willingness to take feedback and revise

Nice to Have (not required)

• Any Canva, CapCut or similar design/video editing experience
• Personal projects, a social page, or college work showing creativity
• Interest in AI tools
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media or similar (any background is welcome)
