About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The role involves making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to explain loan products, respond to inquiries, and guide potential clients through the application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain loan products and respond to inquiries.
• Guide potential clients through the application process.
• Maintain call logs.
• Update customer information in internal systems.
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion.
• Verify customer details.
• Clarify documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing.
• Meet daily call and follow-up targets.
• Deliver courteous, clear, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
• Clear, confident telephone manners.
• Customer service and client relationship skills.
• Ability to handle queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Sales and persuasion abilities to explain loan products and highlight benefits without coercive practices.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple leads effectively.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
• Ability to follow structured processes and meet daily/weekly performance targets.
• Prior experience in telecalling, financial services, banking, or loan processing is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Higher education in commerce, finance, or related fields is beneficial.
