About the Role
CohnReznick is seeking an Assurance – Experienced Associate to join the team in its Chennai office. This role supports the parent firm by delivering assurance, tax, and advisory services to clients in the United States. The Chennai office follows a hybrid work model, with team members typically collaborating in-office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute audit engagements from planning to completion for clients in the consumer, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors.
- Perform risk assessments and develop audit programs tailored to client needs.
- Analyze financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
- Identify and communicate audit issues and findings to senior team members and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advisory and assurance solutions.
- Assist in the development of junior staff through coaching and mentoring.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Finance sectors.
- Experience executing audit engagements.
- Experience performing risk assessments.
