1. Collections Voice Process
- Openings: 250
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in Collections Voice Process (mandatory)
- Salary: 3 LPA - 4.5 LPA
- Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments.
- Follow up on collections and repayment commitments.
- Handle objections and achieve collection targets.
2. Customer Support Voice Process
- Openings: 300
- Salary:
- Freshers: Up to 3 LPA
- Experienced: Up to 4.25 LPA
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries over calls.
- Resolve issues and escalate when required.
- Maintain call quality and performance targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- B2-level English communication.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working from office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate / Graduate.
- Candidates must not be currently pursuing studies.
