Job Title: US Process Associate
About the Role
Dishha Staffing Services is hiring enthusiastic candidates for the position of US Process Associate. The role involves making calls to US clients to convert leads and requires comfort working night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US clients and follow up on leads to convert them into potential customers.
- Communicate professionally with clients and understand their requirements.
- Assist with US direct tax compliance, including Federal, Domestic, International, State, and Local taxation.
- Handle lead follow-ups and support client conversion activities.
- Attend training on US, Canadian, and Indian taxation.
Work Schedule & Location
- Work Location: KPHB, Hyderabad
- Work Timings: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to make calls to US clients and convert leads.
- Flexibility to work night shifts.
- Willingness to learn taxation processes.
Qualifications
- Comfortable with a mandatory 6-month bond (until April 2027).
- Ability to commute independently; no cab facility is provided.
- Male and Female Candidates.
Salary will be received during the training period.
