Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting frames and lenses.
• Explain product features, offers, and lens benefits.
• Perform basic eye tests/vision checkups (after training).
• Maintain store hygiene, display, and inventory.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
• Handle billing, customer orders, and after-sales support.

Training

• Mandatory 18 days of functional training at Whitefield, Bangalore.
• Training covers product knowledge, sales process, customer service, and eye testing.
• Salary starts from Day 1 of training.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 12th pass with 1 year of experience, OR Graduation completed (Fresher can apply).
