Entry level architect

About the Role

This is a full-time, entry-level Architect role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing conceptual and detailed architectural designs under the guidance of senior team members.
• Prepare drawings and 3D models.
• Support design documentation.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams.
• Research materials, building codes, and local regulations.
• Help prepare presentations and reports for client meetings.
• Participate in site visits to understand project conditions.
• Track design changes.
• Support smooth communication between office and field teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar 3D modeling and visualization software.

Qualifications

• Educational background in architecture (Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent from an accredited institution).
• Basic understanding of building codes, standards, and sustainable design principles relevant to urban projects.
• Strong skills in design development, spatial planning, and translating concepts into clear drawings and models.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and respond to feedback constructively.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
• Willingness to visit project sites in and around Bengaluru as required and to learn from on-site project activities.
• Internship or studio project experience in architecture or infrastructure projects is an advantage but not mandatory.
