Role: Social Media Intern

Platform: Nojoto (Writers' Community)

Location: Full time from Ajmer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic intern to grow and engage Nojoto's community of writers and creators through Instagram, content campaigns, and interactive activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize daily Instagram Live sessions with popular, established, and existing Nojoto writers.
• Create and publish engaging writing prompts, wallpapers, and creative content.
• Plan and execute monthly writing contests to attract new writers and reactivate old users.
• Manage Nojoto's Instagram handle, stories, posts, and community engagement.
• Feature talented writers, their content, and achievements through Instagram Stories.
• Use email marketing to promote challenges, bring back inactive users, and drive participation.
• Identify core writers, maintain creator relationships, and encourage regular participation.

Goal: Increase writer engagement, reactivate old users, attract new creators, and build an active Nojoto community.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and Live.
• Strong Hindi/Hinglish communication and creative writing skills.
• Interest in poetry, storytelling, and creator communities.
• Proactive, creative, and comfortable coordinating with creators.

Qualifications

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Strong writing skills in Hindi & English.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Ability to generate creative ideas and adapt content to different audiences.
• Comfort with using mobile apps and digital tools.
• Familiarity with content or creator platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
