About the Role
Warehouse Associates - Product Support at Bob’s Discount Furniture are essential team members playing a critical role in back-end operations. This role ensures showrooms are staged to perfection, merchandise is handled with care, and customers receive exceptional service from behind the scenes. This position works closely with store leadership and visual merchandising to maintain safety, cleanliness, inventory integrity, and showroom readiness.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, move, and assemble merchandise
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
Physical Demands
- Regular lifting and movement of up to 50 lbs
- Standing, walking, and climbing throughout shifts
- Manual handling of furniture and visual staging elements
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, stockroom, or back-end retail experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with visual display setup and basic assembly tasks (preferred)
- Customer service exposure or café support experience (preferred)
- Desire for career advancement in a supportive team setting (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and pride in quality performance (preferred)
Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 per hour
