About the Role

• Seeking a passionate and energetic HR Recruiter Intern to join the recruitment team.
• This is a 4-month paid internship with a stipend of ₹5,000 per month.
• Offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment across multiple domains.
• Top performers may be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion, based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
• Support in building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate or pursuing final year in HR or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
• Proficient in MS Office and online search tools.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Location & Work Mode

• Location: 93 Avenue Mall, Pune
• Work Mode: Onsite (Monday to Friday)

Internship Details

• Duration: 4 Months
• Full-time conversion opportunity based on performance.
