Phoenix Thermal Solution is seeking a Heat Pump Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain heat pump water heaters.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and heating issues.
• Attend customer complaints on time.
• Complete installation and servicing professionally.
• Submit daily service reports with photos.
• Coordinate with the office and update job status.
• Maintain company tools and equipment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.

Rules & Regulations

• Report to work on time and maintain attendance.
• Follow all safety procedures during installation and servicing.
• Wear company uniform and carry necessary tools.
• Behave professionally with customers.
• Do not collect payments without management approval.
• Report delays, damages, and technical issues immediately.
• Do not leave a site without informing the office.
• Maintain honesty, discipline, and responsibility.
