Executive Intern

About the Role

UniGen Exports is seeking a proactive and responsible Executive Intern to support daily business operations and client coordination. This is an on-site internship based in the Greater Hyderabad Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients and potential customers.
• Communicate professionally in English and Hindi.
• Follow up with business leads and maintain client databases.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external stakeholders.
• Maintain records, spreadsheets, and business-related information.
• Prepare basic reports and update daily work progress.
• Assist with general administrative and office coordination activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Ability to communicate professionally over calls.
• Freshers and undergraduate students are welcome to apply.

Internship Details

• Position: Executive Intern
• Location: Greater Hyderabad Area
• Work Mode: On-site
• Working Hours: 6 hours per day
• Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
• Minimum Duration: 3 months
• Certificate: Internship completion certificate, subject to successful completion.
