About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Intern – HR role based in Dammaiguda, Secunderabad. The intern will support day-to-day HR activities, gain practical exposure, and build a foundation for a career in human resources within a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with recruitment processes.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Maintaining candidate databases.
- Helping with employee onboarding documentation.
- Updating personnel records.
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinating basic employee engagement activities.
- Assisting with benefits-related queries.
- Preparing HR reports or summaries.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfort with MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with basic HR documentation.
Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices.
- Interest or coursework in HR Management and Personnel Management.
- Basic familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
