About the Role
This is a full-time remote Legal Internship role designed to provide practical experience across multiple areas of law. The role offers structured mentorship, regular feedback, and opportunities to observe client interactions and dispute resolution strategies in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research and case law analysis.
- Prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda.
- Support senior lawyers with drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Organize case files.
- Track regulatory and compliance developments relevant to client matters.
- Identify key legal issues.
- Summarize findings for internal use.
- Contribute to client communication materials under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited law program, with strong academic performance.
- Strong foundation in Law and the ability to understand and interpret Legal Issues.
- Skills in Legal Consulting support, including assisting in analysis and recommendations under supervision.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents and research notes.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal collaboration and client-facing materials.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
- Demonstrated interest in corporate, commercial, dispute resolution, intellectual property, or regulatory compliance is an advantage.
