Capco's Associate Talent Program (ATP) – NY 2027 is an early-career development program for future consultants. It immerses participants in a fast-paced environment where business meets technology, equipping them with essential tools to thrive as a consultant.

Program Details

• Location: New York
• Start Date: June 2027
• Program Structure:
• Immersive two-week training: Focuses on building technical and interpersonal skills.
• Third week: Extensive AI fluency bootcamp.
• Subsequent work on client projects with meaningful responsibilities, rotating across different business and technical domains.

• Executive-Level Transformation Office: Support C-suite with program governance and product backlog optimization using agile frameworks.
• Analytics & Automation Consulting: Identify inefficiencies in financial reporting and implement intelligent automation workflows.
• Next-Gen Product Roadmap: Define a multiyear strategy for AI-enhanced investment products with business and tech leaders.

What Your Day Might Look Like

• Research market trends and create structured recommendations.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with business and tech stakeholders.
• Build client-ready presentations or prototypes using GenAI tools.
• Help define change strategies and rollout plans for large transformations.
• Contribute to shaping Capco’s own AI capabilities and offerings.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Graduation date between Winter 2026 – Spring 2027.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above.
• 0–1.5 years of full-time post-grad experience.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• Comfort working in teams that bridge tech and business.
• AI-native mindset: Thinking with AI, not just using it.
• U.S. work authorization (U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents only).
