About the Role

Amaana Logistics is seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development department in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role focuses on identifying potential customers, developing business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our logistics and freight forwarding services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Promote logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, and transportation services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales reports.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert potential leads into customers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
