Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Zipkee is expanding its restaurant partner network across Chennai, and we're looking for motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role offers an opportunity to grow your earnings through performance, with a fixed monthly pay of ₹15,000 and an additional ₹2,000 for every successfully onboarded restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants across assigned areas in Chennai and introduce the Zipkee platform.
• Connect with restaurant owners and decision-makers to explain our business model and benefits.
• Identify potential restaurant partners, generate leads, and convert them into successful onboardings.
• Collect required documents and coordinate the onboarding process.
• Follow up with restaurant partners until successful activation on the platform.
• Maintain daily records of restaurant visits, leads, and onboarding progress.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in approaching restaurant owners and business decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas across Chennai.
• Ability to independently manage leads and follow-ups.
• Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or restaurant onboarding is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with their own two-wheeler will be preferred.

Compensation & Incentives

• Fixed Monthly Pay: ₹15,000
• Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 per successfully onboarded restaurant
• Incentives are linked to successful restaurant onboarding.
