Key Responsibilities
- Work towards monthly and daily targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
- Ensure adherence to SOP at the store.
- Ensure adherence to store etiquette and store timings.
- Assist the store manager in Stock Management.
- Complete all trainings within the defined timeline.
- Sales: Inviting customers to the outlet (Customer Approaching).
- Introduce customers to the concept of MYOP.
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
- Support customers to identify the right perfume.
- Store cleanliness and merchandising.
- Conduct Stock Audits.
- Complete DSR and daily checklists.
- Place stock requests to HO.
- Validate and receive stock.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating to the Cx dept if required.

Qualifications
- Preferably graduates with 2 years of experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
