AI Implementation & Automation Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, ambitious, and AI-driven individual to help transform Sadguru Autocomponents Pvt Ltd into an intelligent, AI-powered smart factory. The objective is to reduce manual intervention, automate repetitive tasks, improve operational visibility, and implement practical AI solutions across manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role requiring independent thinking, experimentation with emerging technologies, and ownership of implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities across production, quality, maintenance, inventory, procurement, dispatch, and administration.
• Build AI solutions using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, n8n, Make, Python, APIs, and other emerging AI platforms.
• Develop smart factory systems, exploring automated production reporting, AI-powered CCTV monitoring, inventory tracking, intelligent dashboards, and operational analytics.
• Reduce manual work by identifying repetitive processes and replacing them with reliable, scalable automation.
• Innovate independently by researching emerging AI technologies and proactively recommending practical applications.
• Collaborate with senior management to translate business requirements into functional AI solutions.
• Measure results by tracking efficiency improvements, time savings, accuracy, and measurable business impact.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with automation platforms, APIs, Python, databases, or low-code/no-code technologies.
• Comfortable building applications using AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, n8n, Make.

Qualifications

• Students, recent graduates, or self-taught AI enthusiasts with demonstrated practical skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently research, prototype, implement, and troubleshoot solutions.
• Genuine interest in applying AI to real-world industrial challenges.
• A computer science degree is not mandatory. Your ability to build and implement solutions matters more than your qualifications.

Work Arrangement & Compensation

• Internship Duration: 6 months
• Stipend: ₹25,000 per month
• Working Model: Primarily remote
• Plant Visit: Once a week, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Travel Reimbursement: Expenses for required plant visits will be covered.
• Reporting: Directly to senior management.

This progression depends on performance and organizational requirements.
