About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in the Pune Division. The volunteer will support research projects by helping collect, organize, and synthesize market data from primary and secondary sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with survey administration.
• Participate in interviews or fieldwork.
• Prepare basic summaries of findings.
• Help the team structure insights for internal use.
• Support documentation, presentations, and simple analytical tasks that contribute to client deliverables.
• Collaborate with consultants and project managers.

Qualifications

• Ability to support market research activities, including data collection, basic analysis, and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing summaries, notes, and internal presentations.
• Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, online collaboration platforms).
• Demonstrated interest in business, strategy, marketing, or research-related fields.
• Attention to detail, reliability in completing tasks, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Pune Division and maintain professional conduct with diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant coursework or studies in business, economics, social sciences, or related disciplines are an advantage.
• Prior internship, project, or volunteering experience in research or consulting contexts is beneficial but not required.
