About the Role

The International Holiday Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves designing customized international itineraries, coordinating with global travel partners, and arranging flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities. The planner will consult with clients to understand their preferences and budgets, propose tailored options, and manage bookings, documentation, and payment schedules. Day-to-day work includes handling inquiries, resolving travel-related issues, tracking reservations, and ensuring a smooth travel experience before, during, and after the trip. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, staying updated on global travel trends and regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfort with using travel booking platforms, CRM tools, and standard office software applications
• Knowledge of international destinations, travel regulations, visas, and documentation processes
• Prior experience in travel planning, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with a team
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related discipline is beneficial
