Social Media Marketing Intern

About the Role

Crawl Digitally is looking for a Social Media Intern to help build, manage, and grow social media presence for D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish posts, Reels, stories, and short-form content.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Ideate and create short-form videos, Reels, & UGC content.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera when required.
• Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators.
• Prepare clear creator briefs, guidelines, references, and feedback.
• Coordinate with design, content, video editing & performance marketing teams.
• Monitor comments, DMs, audience interactions, and overall community engagement.
• Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance & campaign results.
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral formats, platform updates, content trends & emerging tools.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels, & current social media trends.
• Excel/Google Sheets (basic knowledge).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 0–6 months of experience in social media/content/influencer marketing preferred.
• Freshers with strong practical knowledge and a good understanding of social media are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and experiment.

Location: Indore | Onsite | Full-Time

Stipend: ₹4,000 – ₹8,000/month
