Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Act as a behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Build community relationships essential to building your own business.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Prioritize putting customers first.
• Participate in a culture of friendly competition, critical for business growth and personal success.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience (within the last 6 years) in one of the following areas:
• Sales: commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
• Customer service: in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center).
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team.
• Leadership role: in the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Under 25-minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the location posted is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years), employment reference, education, and social security.

Compensation & Benefits

• Targeted 1st year annual compensation: $60,194 (based on an average 45-hour work week).
• Includes an hourly rate of $24.37, plus overtime.
• Opportunity to earn up to $64,000 in the first year based on hours worked, performance, promotions, overtime, and bonuses.
