Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support daily business operations, internal coordination, performance monitoring, and backend administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM records, client updates, and meeting documentation.
• Assist with performance audits, productivity tracking, and operational reporting.
• Identify operational challenges and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Support backend administration, data management, and workflow optimization.

Requirements

• Freshers and graduates from any relevant discipline are welcome.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Internship Details:

• Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
• Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: Fixed Monthly Stipend
• Shift: 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturdays may be required based on business needs)
• PPO: Opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.
