About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site First Mile Partner Franchise role based in Haveri.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day first-mile operations.
• Coordinate parcel pickups from local sellers.
• Ensure accurate scanning and documentation of parcels.
• Prepare shipments for onward movement.
• Oversee staff at the pickup center.
• Maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
• Adhere to Meesho and Valmo process standards.
• Collaborate with local sellers, logistics partners, and central operations teams to resolve issues, reduce delays, and improve overall pickup performance.
• Monitor operational metrics.
• Manage basic financials related to the center.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with using digital tools and mobile/desktop applications for scanning, tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Operational and logistics management skills, including experience handling pickups, inventory, or hub/center operations.
• Basic business and financial management capabilities to oversee franchise performance, expenses, and profitability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for working with sellers, staff, and logistics teams.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and maintain service standards.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of the center, and manage a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, courier, or logistics operations is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification such as a high school diploma.
• A graduate degree or equivalent experience in operations or business is preferred.
