Faceless Reels Video Editing Intern

About the Internship

Growmelo Digital is seeking creative and reliable Video Editing Interns to edit faceless Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content. The company will provide voiceovers and creative guidelines. The intern's responsibility is to transform these into engaging, professionally edited videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit 4 faceless reels/shorts per working day using provided voiceovers.
• Select and add relevant B-roll footage, stock clips, and visuals.
• Add basic cuts, smooth transitions, and simple motion effects.
• Include selective text overlays, sound effects, and background music.
• Follow editing references and maintain consistent video quality.
• Submit each video for review, incorporate feedback, and complete revisions.
• Deliver videos within agreed deadlines while managing a flexible work schedule.

Note: Word-by-word subtitles and advanced motion graphics are not required.

Software

• CapCut, VN Video Editor, Canva, InShot, KineMaster, Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Mobile editors are welcome. Heavy editing software is not mandatory. Editing quality matters more than the software used.

Qualifications

• Students, freshers, and beginner editors with relevant skills.
• Available for a 3-month remote internship.
• Comfortable producing approximately 20 short videos per week.
• Ability to manage deadlines independently and accept constructive feedback.

Selection Process

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a 10-second sample reel edit using a provided voiceover and brief to demonstrate their editing quality. The sample is for skill assessment only and will not be used commercially without permission.
