What That Looks Like Day to Day

• This role sits under our Talent team in SF, working closely with our founders and leaders to find the people who will help us build incident.io.
• Talent is one of the few roles where you get to work across the entire business, providing a front-row seat to how a startup scales.
• Help build one of the best teams in the world by hunting for exceptional talent, building relationships, throwing events, dreaming up crazy campaigns, and finding creative ways to get incident.io on the map.
• You'll have loads of ownership from day one, learn from some of the smartest people around, and get exposure to pretty much every part of building a company.

Compensation Range

$90K - $110K
