About the Role
We're looking for ridiculously smart, ambitious grads who want to break into the startup world. No experience needed. Just serious drive, great instincts, and an appetite to build something big. This role sits under our Talent team in SF, working closely with our founders and leaders to find exceptional people to help us build incident.io. You'll get a front-row seat to how a startup scales and help build one of the best teams in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt for exceptional people, build relationships, throw events, dream up crazy campaigns, and find creative ways to get incident.io on the map.
- Have loads of ownership from day one.
- Learn from some of the smartest people around.
- Get exposure to pretty much every part of building a company.
Who You Are
- Ridiculously driven: Big ambitions, work hard, and willing to do what it takes.
- A builder: Started things, created things, made things happen (e.g., a business, side project, university society).
- Seriously smart: Learn fast, ask great questions, and figure things out quickly.
- Proactive: Don't need someone telling you what to do; resourceful and find a way to get things done.
- Great with people: Confident, curious, and can build relationships.
- Big ideas: Creative, think differently, and love trying new things.
- Hungry, ambitious, and want to throw yourself into the startup world.
We don't care what you studied or whether you've ever worked in startups. We're looking for people with exceptional potential.
