Fashion Stylist Intern

About the Role

As a Fashion Stylist Intern at Style Supply, you will be instrumental in shaping the presentation and pairing of every item featured on the platform, encompassing shoots, flat lays, and AI-generated visuals. While Brand Merchandising determines catalogue content, you will define its visual presentation and styling.

Key Responsibilities

• Style products for flat lays, on-model shoots, and AI-generated visuals.
• Build complete looks and outfit combinations categorized by occasion, type, and member needs.
• Plan shoot looks and styling direction, and support the PR and Marketing lead with models, props, and set-up for the shoot calendar.
• Curate looks and pairings for the website, and influence product presentation and recommendations on the platform.
• Advise Brand Merchandising on the styling potential of new products.
• Maintain styling consistency across the catalogue in collaboration with the Brand Design and Social Media teams.
• Document looks, pairing logic, and styling guidelines for future reference and reuse.

As the platform expands, this role may extend to supporting member styling behind the scenes. Member interactions are managed by the Member Experience team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Studying or a graduate in Fashion Communication, Styling, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• A strong eye for wearable, real-life looks, layering, pairing, and visual balance.
• Awareness of current trends and the positioning of Indian designers.
• Comfortable with both creative aspects (styling, shoots) and structured elements (catalogue logic).
• Familiarity with basic Adobe Creative Cloud.

What You'll Get

• Pay: ₹10,000 per month stipend.
• Term: 3-month internship, extendable based on performance.
• When: Monday to Saturday, 10 am onwards.
• Where: In-person in Mumbai, 5 days a week; shoots may extend into evenings or weekends.
• Who you'll work with: The PR and Marketing lead on shoots and the founding team on the catalogue.
• Hands-on experience with real designer pieces.
• Opportunity to build a styling portfolio.
• Certificate and letter of recommendation upon completion.
• Potential to grow into styling, creative, or merchandising roles.
• Access to Adobe Creative Cloud, Higgsfield, Freepik, and other necessary tools.

About Style Supply

Style Supply is an invite-only membership platform in Mumbai, designed for intentional fashion decisions. Members can try designer fashion within 24 hours without the immediate commitment of purchasing. They select two to five pieces from India's leading labels to keep at home for 48 hours before deciding to return, rent, or buy. We are an early-stage team operating at the intersection of fashion, luxury, and technology.
