About the Role
As a Senior Analyst in the Talent & Organization / Human Potential team at Accenture Capability Network, you will help drive enterprise transformation by activating human potential for clients. You will interpret client and business requirements to create intuitive learner experiences and deliver effective training and non-training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create intuitive learner experiences by interpreting client and business requirements, recommending and delivering effective training and non-training solutions.
- Provide support through various phases of development, integration, and deployment.
- Independently design, visualize, and develop for any media project, regardless of complexity.
- Oversee all design projects as a media lead, from conception to delivery.
- Develop high-quality graphics/media, including UI, graphics, illustrations, and animations.
- Create high-end, cutting-edge designs for complex projects and demo samples.
- Visualize creative concepts and instructional media from storyboards/creative briefs.
- Collaborate with communications consultants and instructional designers for graphic visualization.
- Maintain graphic standards, guidelines, and checklists for projects.
- Employ a result-oriented approach with a flair for solving problems in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Qualifications
