About the Role

Join us to build and support next-generation Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions that drive operational excellence across automotive and discrete manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and configure MES solutions based on business requirements.
• Provide functional and technical support for MES applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex MES issues to minimize production downtime.
• Develop and maintain web-based reports and dashboards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• .NET
• SQL
• PL/SQL
• MES

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in MES development and support.
• Hands-on experience working in automotive or discrete manufacturing environments.
• Experience with MES customization, configuration, and web reporting.
• Exposure to AMS support models and SLA-driven environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working under AMS contracts and support engagements.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and industry best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with proven service delivery experience.
