About the Role
At National Fitness Partners, we transform lives through affordable fitness. As the largest Planet Fitness franchise, we serve over one million members across 200+ clubs nationwide, creating a Judgement Free fitness experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
- Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
- Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
- Provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Full-time position, 32-40 hours per week.
- Must be available Monday through Friday.
- Must be available to promptly start at 4:45 am.
- Experience with a point of sale system.

Starting pay: $15 per hour. Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year, based on anniversary date. Shift-differential pay for select shifts.
