About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, efficient support to customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Salary: $18-$21/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
- Process orders, returns, or account updates as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Provide accurate information about products or services
- Meet performance goals for response time and satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with computer systems and multitasking
- Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
