About the Role
This role involves embedding digital transformation in healthcare operations end-to-end, driving superior outcomes and value realization, and enabling streamlined operations for the emerging healthcare market. You will be an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the membership base of an organization, including processing applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate member records.
- Enhance member satisfaction and retention through customer service and engagement activities.
- Organize events, communicate benefits, and address member inquiries.
- Coordinate essential documentation and resources for filing global applications.
- Understand, manage, and process electronic submissions including original application filings and Life Cycle Management submissions (e.g., CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions).
- Work on transaction queries received via email or applications related to enrollment requests in the Healthcare Domain.
- Interpret queries, enroll, respond with solutions, and provide details of queries asked.
- Process transactions with quality and respond accurately and completely to the sender.
- Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
